Replacement end caps for Renthal Revo-F pedals

The patent pending axle system features in the Revo-F, allows full home servicing, using standard tolos, found in anyone’s toolkit. All is required is a 6 mm and 8 mm hex-key, a standard 8 mm socket, a torque wrench and a Mallet. The unique system uses the axle to both remove and re-install the bushing. The bearings are also press into place using the pedal internals.

Inboard, the Revo-F spins on a extra-wide Igus Bush, sealed with a full-contact wiper seal. Outboard there are three cartridge bearings. Two smaller bearings and a larger bearing in the outer most location, sealed with an end-cap O-ring. Adding to the durability of the bearings is the full length axle. Mounting the bearing at he outer Edge of the pedals gives them the best support, to protect them from damage in a rock-strike incident.
